The SE "hybrid" kit is the way to go. You can retain the SE204 cams, easy install, upgraded oil pump, hydraulic tensioners and outer roller chain. Order from Zanotti's or anothe discount dealer and save yourself some $$. Replace outer (Naachi 6004-C3))and inner cam bearings (Torrington B148) oring at dowel between cam plate and case at 7:00 position and scavenge port oring.
The new tensioner material is similar to the primary chain tensioner material and the only wear issue I have seen or read about are those where the spring and cup in the tensioner assembly were installed backwards.
I run gears in my 95" but the new hydro/roller cam drive system was not available then; gears were the only option to replace the old Morse chain/spring loaded tensioner system. My 107" however has the upgraded hydro/roller kit; much easier to work with and more quiet than the old chain system.
