Open look Air filter
Just installed a SE Filter and wanted an open look to it so am using the rain sock and a #1 Skull Air Filter cover.
Although the set-up look great it is somewhat let down by the open connector on the left hand side (see image).
Any ideas as to how to dress this up some way?

i am running the same set up as you are and i don't even notice the connector anymore. I actually think that black piece from HD that goes behind the heavy breather looks worse than the little bit of connector that a person can see. A few friends of mine have taken the shield from HD and had it chromed but i still think it look a little out of place.
I was not happy with the connector showing as well as the gray back plate.
Bought both the wrinkle black back plate and the wrinkle black throttle body cover.
Now I need to figure something out for the gray breather bolts.
