New to this forum. I have a 1999 FLH which we ride as many week-ends here in FL as we can. Daytona. some of the local fish camps, and sometimes up in the Ocala Natl Forest are all good rides when life allows.
A new "tick" started up a couple of months ago and is persisting, but not getting worse. But I'm taking the bike to Deals Gap next month and don't want to break down on vacation.
Sometimes I'll just be putting along and the bike will jerk like someone did a "flash" pull on the cluch and then let it go. Not even long enough for the RPM's to come up. I thought it might be something electrical at first, but it seems to definitely be in the drivetrain.
Anybody have any experience or advice?
