My company is relocating to me to Nashville from Atlanta. The moving company showed up yesterday and packed everything up. the last thing to load on the semi today was my dyna wg and rkc. When loading the RKC they let it get away and it fell off the lift 4 ft to the ground. Its totally F--ked. New Heritage handlebars, right side Willie G , heated grips, Right side floor board and shifters sadle bag, axel cover, highway bar and pegs saddle guard and the list goes on.it his so hard, now I am worried the frame may be tweeked. It can be fixed but still, this was my baby that I spent many hours making it my own. No matter what it will never be the same. Just Damn!!
Id be surprised if the insurance company, whoevers will be covering it, doesnt total it. Ive heard of them being totalled for less damage. Sorry it happened to you but Im a little jealous about your move to Tennessee. Ive wanted to move there myself but current conditions wont let me. Good luck with everything.
I called the relocation company and they will send an adjuster to meet me next week. They say they will make it right, but still this just ruined my whole day. When it happened, I just got this real sick feeling in my stomach. Ive had the RKC for just over a year now and this is the first scratch and what a big f--king scratch. They didnt do it on purpose, but that dosnt make me feel any better. I still cant believe it happened!
Duuuuuude - that REALLY blows! I know how I felt when mine fell over just the other day on its side - that pit in the stomach and that feeling of no control and then all that hard work, love. sweat, and mula put into that labor of love.... all damaged in one sec.
I feel for ya bro, I REALLY do. I hope it is made right for you by the moving company. Good luck with your move - and ride the Dyna to your new home! ;-)

Im still on the fence about the move. Its hard to beat Atlanta as far as the weather goes and the great places to ride. Although Nashville does have a great night life with all the CW and Blues bars. Also I have a few co workers up there that like to get out and ride, so I will get a chance to see some new sites.
