19" bagger apes cable/brake line kit ???

Default 19" bagger apes cable/brake line kit ???
Those that put the 19" Santee bars on your batwing...did you go +10 or +12" over stock? Looks like +10 for 18" and +12 over for 20". So, what about 19"? Will +10 be enough? I hate too much cable/line poking out. Thanks.

I'd go +12" just to be safe. Them is some tall bars!

I'd like to know though if anyone installed them with just +10 over though.
