I'm thinking about buying an '07 EG. I have new SE II slip-ons on my '05 EG, (love the sound). The dealer says that the slip-ons from my '05 won't work with the '07 due to the baffles or something. Does anyone know why these won't fit the '07? Or is just a noise issue due to the E.P.A.? The '07 SE II slip-ons don't have the sound like the ones on my '05, (the '07 pipes are much quieter).

 

Its just a noise thing, i have an 07 RG and i put SE on my Bike and it runs fine with that Great SE Sound

 

your 05 slipons will fit but dont forget to get it tuned properly.
