Any tricks to burning the CD? I did just as the directions said but as soon as I put the CD in after going to "update", it says "Verifying DSL..." and stays that way forever. I have an '07 and the version shown is much lower than what's available. Not sure what the update would do but I like to be at the highest possible. Thoughts???

took me three discs to get it right. I was trying to use windows to burn the disc on my laptop and it just wouldn't work. went to other computer and used Nero to make data disk and worked like a charm. try a burning software and not windows.
I put the update disk in my HK radio and it would not come back out. To the dealer we went and new radio ordered.
the directions for updating says that this could happen and gives a solution to get it out. with that being said I did mine and buddies with same disk and no problems.
Worked like a charm! 1st thing I noticed was it fixed an issue I was having with "start up" in XM mode. The screen would always look all garbled up until you changed modes or volume, etc. Now XM shows properly from the time the ignition switch is turned on. I'm a happy camper!
