Bleach white works great and makes the black rubber look good also. Never had a problem with it on my wheels as long as you hose it off before it dries.

Mine still had the blue on the tires when I brought her home. I used soap and water with a stiff scrub brush and it came off with no problems. I've been using the Wesley's Bleche-White for many years for regular tire cleaning. Good stuff.

like dawg mentioned, soap and water will take it off. do not use any harsh cleansers like ajax or bleach. it might react with the aluminum surface of your wheels.

I use Simple Green spray cleaner.
