It will get easier as it runs in as others have stated. When my 09 was new I found the clutch cable became slack fairly quickly and I needed to adjust it before the 1000 mile (1600 km) service. It did help somewhat.
No need for concern-- give it at least a couple of thousand miles or so and it should improve considerably.
I cant say a lot about this yet with my 11 RK but the few times I have had it running it has been very hard to find neutral. I'm not so sure it's just because it's new. My first 3 Harleys, 2 Sportsters, and my last one a 10 Dyna, was all pretty easy to find neutral right from the start.
WOW! i guess i'm not the only one!! I'll give it more time and miles before i take her into the dealership. Embarresing when i pulled up to my buddies house to show him the new ride and i sat there for 5 minutes tryin to put her in neutral. Finally shut her down and she went right in.
Redline heavy in the transmission huge difference, hiem joints on your shift linkage major improvement, remove the heel shifter up shifting with the toe much more finesse available, and finally the clutch adjusted properly a good 3/4 turn backing off as described in the manual nothing less, with good old primary plus fluid in the primary. You would not believe the difference even if you leave your heel shifter on.
EDIT SE comp if you don't have one total bliss!

The formula plus is thick cold making your clutch plates stick. Replace you primary fluid with dexron ATF. Do some searching on the forum and you'll find alot of people use the ATF. Also agree with the redline in the tranny.
