Oh, for a perfect world where no one made mistakes...... I feel for you. No simple solution that is cheap. I would go buy the tuner and cancel or send the one on back order back.
Sounds like you're just livin the HD service dream! Cancel with them, explain why, then rent a trailer and go to bike week with the bike. You might be able to get a vendor to help you out at a decent price and at least you'll be able to go.
It's all part of the "save a buck" game that goes on all the time. Yes, you have a right to be pissed. No, it won't do any good. I feel your pain, and I've been there. Just part of the drill. To them, you're just a number!
I think they should have shipped the stuff to you next day. BUT I'm not sure if I would be able to trust them. Maybe one screw up but it sounds like they were doing the good old 'Song & Dance' & with out the LUBE & goin in deep!!!!! OUCH!!!!
I would be pissed also.
The screwed up part is,they are waiting for the "misdirected" parts to be returned from god knows who and making you wait when its their "misdirected" shipping persons ***** up.

Yep, I agree that most of the problem was caused by my impatience.
Got an email today saying the seller has shipped out the available parts, but they won't be here until next week. I'll give them credit for trying to make it right.
Talked to a local dealer and they agreed to match the price on the tuner, so I'm gonna go that route tomorrow.
No, reason to be pissed about #1 choices you make and #2 things you cannot control.
Best advice is put your old A/C on, and cancel the tuner order. Problem solved for now. Go have a good time at bike week, and forget about the BS.
Take your A/C to bike week, and try to deal with someone if you want to save a buck. What tuner was it?
