True enough, there are a few good tuners. It comes down to what you are comfortable using, or what the shop you use is comfortable with.

It's nice that we have such options these days.

Sounds like Chicago HD to me. It took me 3 months and 4 phone calls to get a front fender from them. I think they were slow-playing me hoping I'd cancel since they had dropped the 20% discount shortly after I ordered the fender. However, I did get the discount. Even if they still had the discount I'd be done with them. You should try Surdyke HD. I've been using them since the CHD fiasco and they've been great!!

Get your money back and deal with another outlet,it sounds like this will not be the end of problems with them,i only deal with ebay merchants who have a 100% feedback ,a 20%discount is not worth this kind of trouble
