98 Roadking fender/strut assembly...Help!

I have a problem. I have my 98 Roadking that is in pieces/parts from my winter project. Well my nephew was in the garage playing the other day and now I believe I am missing a part? The part looks like a door hinge...with two holes on top and two on the bottom? My brother believes there is only one but I know there were two. I know this is alot to ask but would someone be willing to text me a photo of the fender/strut assembly of a similiar year RK?

Thank you Mike T. I can see the part on the inside of the license plate bar in the diagram but it's not listed?

Select the part, got to check-out, but don't buy. It will show you the part#. What is the part called? I've looked and I don't see what you're referring to.
