Yes, I use them in the rear. I use the Infinity Kappa 6.5" speakers in the front fairing with Dragonfly Cycle Concepts speaker rings. Yes, they are 2ohm. They are cheaper and better quality than most of the supposed "special motorcycle speakers" that most people here seem to think you need. They sound great and probably have twice to volume and five times the clarity of the stock speakers. Go for it and thank me later.

I have some 2ohm Kappas in the front fairing.
Cant say they have "twice the volume" but they do sound better than the stock speakers.
Still have to crank the radio at freeway speeds.
