I got my PCIII from them Fuel Moto and they guy who took my phone called didn't make the connection that I was in WI and would have to pay tax which I assumed he just forgot and didn't care. Within 2 minutes tops I got called back with an apology and a new price with the tax. Didn't expect it wouldn't have cared if he hadn't but it was nice service.
Emailed bout a new map and got a pretty good response. Will definitely do future business with them.

I agree the OP had a legit question and was not complaining.
