Got to take my first road trip on the SG. I took off thursday morning and headed to Branson to meet the wife. It was 35 degrees when I left the house and never got over 40 Degrees (was suppose to get to 57). 310 miles in and it started to rain just a little. Luckily I only had 10 miles to go to get to the hotel.
Wife was ready to come home a day so I took some back roads home today. Temps got up to almost 70 today so it was a beautiful 350 mile ride home.
The SG was great and really enjoyed having tunes for the ride. I do need to swap out my bars soon as a 300 mile ride really showed they were to much of a reach.
Nice pics. Table Rock dam?
I told you the weather wouldn't cooperate with ya on your trip to Branson.
At least it was nice for the ride home today.
We did about 365 miles today. Ended up in Forsyth, before heading up to Springfield to drop a check off for daughter.
Then back to Rolla, with a stop in St. Robert for dinner at Cracker Barrel.
The Street Glide is so much more comfortable than the Fat Bob for 300 mile rides.

A few pics are from Table Rock, I rode down across the Dam before heading home. Then I rode up to Springfield and stopped at the dealer. Headed back home on 60 then after lunch headed north to 106 (rest of pictures are from 106) to have some fun on some curvy roads. Went by Abby springs and Clear Water Lake and came on home the back way.
