Half Helmet Speaker Pouch Head Set

I was wondering if anyone has tried the new IMC Motorcom HS H170 half helmet headset that has the speaker pouches that velcro to your half helmet. I have some of the behind the head for our half helmets. My better half says they make her head hurt. They aren't the IMC brand, but look the same. Looks like the pouch setup would work good for her. Is the pouch setup comfortable? Does anyone have any pros or cons. Thanks

Wife and I both use half helmets and use the helmet speaker pouches that HD sells tucked up into the edge of the helmet. We use the regular -98A headsets that come with the ultras.
