so i takes my fairing off today for some new speakers.
and guess what .a trip to the bike shop for two new fairing braces (top)
don't know how long they have been that way .never noticed any vibration or
anything .anyone else with the 09 model experience this yet?
thought they were supposed to be updated .
I checked mine a few months ago when I put bars on and they were fine, but the design didn't look any different than pictures I've seen of the ones that broke.
Took my fairing off today as well and found the right side braces broke. Have no idea how long they've been that way. Searched the forum and found that it is a common problem. Most fix with a $2 "L" bracket from hardware store and that is exactly what I am doing.
