To; CRP5... I have a set of S/E slip on's that I'll sell you. I had them on my 06 RKC. (#64926-99). I think?? They came on a new 2003 RKC and worked fine on my 06. If interested PM me and we'll work something out.

Those mufflers will not give you what you want, all harley SE pipes now sold are EPA legal, those with 07 at the end of part number will be almost the exact sound of stock, you will have to find another set to up the sound level, but that will also lean out a already too lean setting your 07 already has, so a PCIII, sert, or other system will be needed, the dealer download is now useless as they are EPA regulated as well, I suggest , vance and hines ovals, terrific low bassy harley sound not overly loud, a Se air cleaner or big sucker from arlen ness and a PCIII from jamie at fuelmoto, his pre installed map for this setup is dead on, you will have the sound, 10 more horsepower, motor ping will be gone and a tremedous reduction in motor heat. This set up will make you love that ultra 100% better.

Want to get more sound out of my 07 ultra, but don't want to wake the neighbors up at 5:30am. Thinking about a set of Screamin Eagle Performance Touring slip ons (HD 80490-07). Would I have to make any other modifications to the bike to run these?

I don't think you need other changes. I had the SE III on my 88 without a download without problems. Now when I went 103, I went Stage III.

. He said i could get the Sert Download that will make the Bike perform better, but he said the Bike will Run fine with just the Slipons and nothing else. But the Warranty thing is a real Issue he told me, they have already had to tell a few Customers that installed the PCIII that there Warrenty will be Voided if something Happens to the Bike and the MOCO decides to request a Diagnostic Download
As to warranty, the PCIII takes the stock signal from the ecm then modifies it, remove it and there is no way for moco to know it was ever there, also, If you read the warranty warnings, the placement of ANY part not EPA 50 state lega partl, will possibly void it, that means any slip-on not from the 07 SE epa leagal line. But not many dealers are into not fixing a broke harley, there is a whole page ad in the november THUNDER PRESS that lists Harley Davidson dealers that are now official DYNO-JET tunning centers. The general manager at my dealership approached me last saturday telling me how much improvement they were gettting, adding the race tunner, free flowing mufflers and air cleaner to the 07's and told me he would set it up for me when I was ready. For the original question, :No you will not need to do anything if you add those 50 state legal SE mufflers.
