Just went from beep...to BEEP! I relocated my stock horn under my seat near the right side cover where the abs would have gone if I had that. Once I put it under the seat I noticed I lost some sound. I also noticed I had a ton more room left under there. So I called HD and for $43 bucks including tax I got a second stock horn kit. I installed this second horn in addition to the first horn and its louder then the HD air horn. I was suprised at how much louder this setup is now, and am happy with it. This is a great mod for those of you looking for a louder horn.
definately go with two. I put the high/low fiam freeway blaster combo on my bike and I accually startle the car drivers it's so loud. I put mine on the lower frame out front so no noise is misdirected.

After trying a Howard horn that gave me nothing but problems I went with the stock horn in the stock location and then added the kit you are talking about where you put one horn under the right side of the fairing and it is definably louder then one.
Two are definitely louder than one.
That's why I went with three!
I got the Freeway Blasters Hi and Low Tone and mounted them on the front tank bolts facing forward and wired them with a male spade stuck in the factory horn connector which I left on in the cowbell. All three really produce a chorus.
I asked a friend if He could see a bug crawling around in my headlight when I turned the light on. He looked in my light, I hit the horns, He hit the wall!
It is a ton of fun tooting the horn at folks as I ease on down the road.
I have not heard a better horn set up yet, $25 total shipped from Amazon.
I'm going to buy a set of HONDA GOLDWING horns 2010.
My buddy has a wing that will make you jump off your seat when he blows that thing.
I got Rivco air horns now but they sound like a kids bike.
