I took my bike in Tuesday for a broken fairing mount & had them check out the bike for any other problems & the dude called me Thursday with some more problems. I had 2 broken fairing mounts a collapsed motor mount, inner primary seal leak, but why was there an inner primary seal leak is it do to a bad bearing he tells me I don't know well like tell me the answer! So he was to have sent a fax to the company for Extended Warranties Thursday before he went home but he got swapped so ok send it Friday morning when you come into work. So I wait till 11:00am no call so I call the warranty place to see if there was a claim sent "O" Know. I just wonder when I will get my bike back? DEALERS SUCK!

As they say...the squeeky wheel gets the grease. Call and bug them.

I have a great HD dealership. I had one small problem & it was taken care of. I've found over my many years, that you need to introduce yourself to some of the techs, not just the service writers. They should take care of you weather they know you or not. but like someone mentioned the squeaky wheel gets oiled. Go see the owner!!

I have never (ever) had a pleasant experience with a new car or motorcycle dealer......ever.
They don't "get it", I run a very successful repair shop and realized many years ago what it takes to stay in business for the long haul. Customer service is king, if your primary focus is profit then your screwed, you won't make it.
This very morning I went round & round with the local dealership service manager about the D207F front tire "service bulletin" and, when the conversation was over, I was dissatisfied as I hung up the phone and he knew it!
That is **** poor customer service, it's no wonder their parking lots are empty.
