I have a 2008 R/G....with 40k miles on the clock, 35k of these have been
with a set of Xied's installed.
I have the Heavy Duty Breather and a set of Rush slip ons with 2" baffles.
I'm constantly getting in the upper 40's for mpg, and have on an occasion
or two broken into the 50 mpg range.
Majority of my riding is 450 to 500 mile 'lunch rides'.....
I highly doubt these Xied's mess with the fuel counter, or miles remaining.
I'm very pleased with Xied's I have installed..... of course YMMV

The regular XiED that is not adjustable adds 8% fuel. See below link. They state 6%-9% lower mpg.
