Anybody know the difference between these??? Looks like one you see the clutch cable and the other you don't???

Which one is more appealing on the scoot??? Anyone got a close-up pic??? THANKS for the tips.

Bridge the space between the cam cover and the transmission in style. The cast and chrome-plated cover conceals the oil hose, oil line cover and clutch cable, bringing a unified look to the right side of your Touring bike.

Engine Transmission Interface Cover

This special, chrome-plated steel cover features an embossed "Bar & Shield" and textured recess that is designed to allow easy access to the transmission dipstick without removal of the cover. This cover cleans up the area between the transmission and the gearcase cover by concealing the oil lines. From the workshop of Wyatt Fuller.

good question- but the 2nd one says its from the 'workshop of wyatt fuller'.

look a bit closer, there is also a difference in the oil line coverage too

Plus allows water to get under them and cause corrosion or erosion or whatever happens to aluminum parts, plus is just something else to rattle, plus is just something else to take off when you work on the bike....I don't care for them either.

I like to see the engine, oil lines, cables. Easier to catch problems with them uncovered. Also, I would think the covers would make the engine/transmission run hotter.

Different strokes for different folks. I like 'em. I have the cast one on mine. Very easy to install and remove. Plus, I'm a chromaholic!!!
