I'm new to the forum and new to the Harley world and I need some help from y'all. So I just bought this bike last fall and it ran great started up fine ran fine on the way home, sat all winter and now its fouling plugs. Its an S&S 100" with an unknown carb with 1800 miles on it. So I start it up with the enricher out full and it starts but doesn't seem to want to run without the enricher and incidentally loves fouling plugs. It is about 40 degrees here now so I was wondering what you guys think, if I need to rejet the carb for cooler 40*-60* riding and then again this summer, or if the idle adjustment might just be set too low for the temp if this even matters. I would just like a few more opinions before I dive into the rabbit hole. I just changed the fluids all around also. Any thoughts on running some seafoam through the bike as it was never ridden much its 7 years old with only 1800 miles on it.
No expert here but I'll make these comments and bump it for you.
Running it with the enricher out will foul the spark plugs so you have to find out why it won't run without the enricher out or you'll just continue to foul plugs. To be clear, even when the engine is at normal operating temperature the enricher has to be out or the bike stalls?
If the bike was running fine maybe the carb is gummed up. In addition to a good dose of Sea Foam in the tank I'd spray some carb cleaner in the intake per the instructions on the spray can. If the carb has a float bowl I'd take it apart and clean it too.
Another good time to use Sea Foam is before you put it to sleep for the winter to prevent problems.
Welcome to the forum and hope you get the problem solved.

New gas & hit it hard with the sea foam. Take it for a good run & work the throttle. You have snot in the carb. Use sea foam this fall when you put it to bed for the winter!
Hatch.
If it has been sitting for a good while, the slow speed jet is blocked. Remove the float bowl. clean the jet and it will be as it was before it sat. Next year, drain the carb before you park it for the winter.
Yup clogged jets, Before rebuilding the carb you can try running some SeaFoam through the carb. I have successfully cleared more than one carb from a bike not properly stored for winter with it.
