9. Push and hold right fork slider inboard until it contacts
external spacer and tighten axle holder nuts to 132-180
in-lbs (14.9-20.3 Nm).
I used that reference because it is way more precise than the numbers that Yaffe gives you. I did snap one of the studs inside of the lower slider when I installed my chrome front end so I know that the conversion from ft lbs to in lbs is not precise and will cause problems.
