Slightly off topic: I tried the K&N Filter for my Ventilator and it wouldn't fit inside the cover. They're now on back order and have been waiting a month or more to get another one to try. It is the correct filter per K&N. I sure hope it fits when it comes in.

I'm pretty sure the part # was correct. I got it from K&N Customer Service person before they hit the street. 29400022 was the # for my 2010 FLHR and verified it in the HD P&A Catalog.
DC1057, that's the engine oil level that's 3.5 qts. Not the primary. Primary takes 38ozs.
My FLHTK 103 only spits up very little oil into my ventilator A/C and what oil she does spit up appears to be related to how fast I ride her.
I will be rigging up a hose evenyually to vent the oil mist to the ground.
Yep... when I change oil and filter I fill it 3 squares from the full mark on the dipstick. then I run it a little and fill it back to 3 squares form the full mark. this seems to help with the oil business.
