Subject came up in another thread so I thought I'd ask. Being short in stature, forward controls don't seem real comfortable. Gives a lot of pressure on the tailbone. Are there mid control conversions for big Harley's, RKC specifically?
Here's one way to do it for ya. http://www.harley-davidson.com/gma/g...bmLocale=en_US
Also takes care of some height to the ground and handlebar reach if needed.
I have never seen mid controls for a road king , but that doesn't mean they're not available.
Kuryakyn make really long foot boards that may also help , looks like they go way back towards the rear. http://www.kuryakyn.com/products.asp?bn=harley&ci=3224
Hope this helps.
