the 22137-08b pistons are out the head piston chart in catalog, they go with the mva heads. I could have gotten 11:1 pistons but didnt due to my cam selection. So everything should be a matched set. page 49 2011 se catalog under 103 ci section.. they dont even give a listing for mva with the flat tops. listing after it is the forged flat top is 9:1. still too low for mva heads.

I know, you have matched your pistons and heads, the earlier posts were probably too much un-asked for information, but I know there are some guys on the forum who haven't seen the inside of the mva heads, or the matching pistons.
I was also trying to point out that you can't just use flat tops to get the compression down, and mill the heads down to a smaller size. Well, I guess you could, but it would defeat the whole design of the heads and pistons.
