i have both a built 103 and a built 110, the 110 will kick the 103 all day long. that being said, if you are just looking for a little more torque, why not just do a cam upgrade, 255's, gaskets, cam bearings and adjustable pushrods will set you back less than $500 and you can get a power commander from fuel moto a sponsor here on the site. There have been some great cam swap write ups and it is not difficult to do, even a caveman can do it. On a stock 96 this will not get you over 100 ft lbs, but it will get you real close. Use woods cams and you can get even closer. Call Jamie at Fuel Moto before you go to the stealer. You might be surprised how cheap the project can get. also, Fuel Moto has a 107 kit that really kicks butt and will make the 110's stand up and notice. just my 2 cents
