Very firm seats, but very comfortable. Great customer service and a pleasure to deal with. I agree with the poster above about getting one with the backrest option for later.

Chuck and Chuy are absolutely the best, hands-down!!! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Just like all the others have said before me, super nice, patient as hell, and great customer service. They are also local for me, so I was able to ride down and talk with them in person. If I ever need a seat, I will only consider C&C!

Just ordered their Tour Special this am. Chuck worked with me the past two months and sent a ton of pictures. They are great so far to work with and can't wait for my seat to arrive in a couple of weeks.
