Default 1995 Anniversary Model

I have a 1995 Ultra anniversary model, and considering having it repainted and keep original paint scheme. Anybody done something like this, and how much did it cost?

The cost of having any bike repainted varies widely, it depends on where you go, and also if you are taking it apart and giving them the pieces, or if they are doing everything. Shop around and get referals.

You can have HD do it. Check with your local stealership, they can do any paint scheme back to 1979, so the anniversary edition should be fine.

I would have Harley do it, because it will be a new looking 95th anniversary bike, but I would guess it to cost top$$$ , but you never know until you ask.

1995 Anniversary??

What anniversary was that? 1993 was the 90th and 1998 was the 95th.

Can I see a picture of a 92nd Anniversary Ultra?

Ya know, not all anniversaries coincide with 1903 in 5 year intervals. Like 2007 was the 50th anniversary for the Sportster, 1995 is the 30th anniversary model for the Ultra. Electra Glide premiered in 1965...

Actually, the first anniversary model year was 1954. Since, 1904 would technically have been their first year for production models.

They bent their own rules, LOL.

Hence the tenth anniversary will have been 1913 and the 100th was 2003! My tourpak came off an Anniversary model from 1986 - the centenary of the Statue of Liberty.

And 1955 models still carried the '54 anniversary badge on the front fender, go figure! Imagine doing that today.

It would be all over HDF. LOL.
