Squeak when I let off throttle. Road King

So the belt tension was definitley the problem it was over and inch and the manual calls for 3/8ths. I did have a hard time tightening the crown nut on the right side as it kept wanting to move the cam as I tightened it. The service manual call for 100ftlbs or torque, I could not get close to that while holding the cam with channel locks. Any advice. I did ride it after an the squeak was gone, I'm just a little worried about the torque on the crown nut.

Buy a Crescent wrench or combination wrench like Lost1 said then tighten to spec.
