Fellas-
Many before me have gone this route. This thread (among many others) will tell you what you need to know: https://www.hdforums.com/forum/touri...nse-plate.html

In a nutshell; you need the RK signal bar, license light assembly, lens, rubber bumper, license plate mount, and 4 screws (two to mount the light assembly and 2 to mount the plate to the bar). This will run you right at $300 at the dealer. Pricey for sure, but I like using factory parts whenever possible.
