Did your 2011 touring bike come with a charging pigtail attached to the battery?

Some dealers install pigtails, some don't.

I eliminated my pigtail and went with a power socket.

Yes it's a Deltran charger pigtail

Is this a 2011 thing? Would my 2010 RKC have one someplace?

As Geoff mentioned, it's a "Dealer" thing.
Has nothing to do with the year.

The dealer I bought mine from installs this on all bikes.
They don't ship from the factory with the pigtail.

you can check, mine is right above the transmission, it was kind of hidden in there, mine is a 10 ultra

Ditto... My dealer puts them on all of the bikes they sell also. BTW if you buy a battery tender they usually come with one so its no big deal to put one in.

My Dealer installed the Battery Tender Pigtail and also gave me a new Battery Tender.
