Looks like you're the one. No matter what you buy, someone will end up getting a manufactured product that ends up with all kinds of problems no matter who makes the product. You have a solid warranty, hope you have a responsible dealer. Good luck. At least you get to deal with warranty issues in the USA rather than Japan or Germany.
Wow. I've been beating on my bike for 17,150 miles and have never had a problem that did not originate with me! No leaks, no problems, nada! Sorry to hear about your problems...
i'm with you on having bike problems! The 2011 sedona orange SG i bought back in March (aka- bad juju bike) had a combination of gremlins and mechanical issues that were driving me nuts, i never in my life had problems with a bike like this one. Traded it off today, and will have the new merlot sunglow SG in the garage on Saturday. Best part is the dealer didnt hose me to bad. hope everything works out for you.
Fellas, after I walked away from my bike, drank a beer, emailed Jamie from FuelMoto, he replied right away that he guaranteed the headpipe to fit...it did, it is just designed a little differently. So, I calmed down, scratched my *** and got back to work. The exhaust, stage 1 a/c, flash ecm, all done. Bike sounds great! Still have a shock leak, the dealer will fix that next week along with temp guage, replace chrome piece that's missing (maybe someone stole it). I've been riding Harleys since '77, had a '75 Sporty and a '75 Super Glide. Believe me, I know that if it has **** or tires, it's gonna give you trouble! :-) I just had to bitch a little...you know, one of those days. I teach high school kids, so it's that time of year that they really get on your nerves. Ride safe everyone. Jr.
