I have a 2010 Limited with 5,000 miles on it. The trans has leaked...fixed that. Temp. guage quit...f*#k that one. Chrome piece fell off...glad it was small one...CD player skips...must use Ipod...left rear shock leaks oil all over muffler and wooden floor...cleaned it up so far....headpipe from FuelMoto won't fit....don't know what the hell that is...should have gutted OE pipe....hate the loud noise during start up...dealer says normal will not replace with SE compensator...I think it's time to think of something else to buy. I know use your warranty...alot of money for sheeeet to keep happening. Jr. sorry...just got to vent today!
Hate to see you having all those problems, every now and then it is possible to get a lemon, can happen to anybody. If it were me, I would probably get all the little stuff fixed and start over again, but you have to do what's right for you.

The Head Pipe thing shouldn't have any thing to do with HD, that must be a FM problem. I can see how that would add to your frustration with all the things that was a HD problem.
A really good Dealer could make this a lot less painful, I hope you have a good one, but still that is a lot of problems in a very short time.
up-date on how this turns out for you...Good luck.
Remember these are still made by people and things can go wrong, but you seem to have worse luck than most. Stop modifying and just ride for a while you will feel better.
Many of us with the older TC96 and 103 motors have popped for the SE compensator. It's unfortunate that the moco won't just replace the old ones under warranty, but until it actually fails, you're pretty much on your own. There have been quite a few running changes made to the drivetrain over the last few years, and it's usually up to the owner to pay to update an older model.
