Man, isn't that black cherry a beautiful color? I have heard that heavier fork oil reduces brake drive and make for a better all around ride. Apparently, it is cheap and easy.
thanks for all the response, I have figured my first mods will be a sundowner seat quick realease sissy bar, and upgraded stereo. What is the best way to mod the stereo?

Looking to do the whole thing or just the speakers?
I personally just did the Hog Tunes speaker upgrade on my Ultra soon after I bought it. I just ordered the Hog Tunes amp and speaker kit for wife's Street Glide (Thursday). Thought I would put the new speakers in hers and the amp in mine. She is not a hard core audiophile but does enjoy her music. Figured the speakers would give her a nice upgrade and the amp. give me a little more punch.
There is a lot of info here on the Forum for audio stuff. From what I have read, what you do is in direct relation to how deep your wallet is. I have been doing some LED work on her bike and lit the speaker pods up. A friend of mine, his wife has one of those vinyl crikut machines. I am going to get the name of her bike cut out and put on the speakers before I install them. My friend was thinking of a 2 layer offset text, silver and black for the speakers.
Anyhow keep us posted on the upgrades and have fun doing them.
