I checked mine mileage yesterday, and it came out to about 39 mpg. That was in town, no real freeway riding, solo. I'll check again next time I fill up. I think it should be a little better, although I won't complain if it isn't...
All around mileage is about 36-37, over 40 cruising the back roads at under 50mph, 31=32 if I ride faster than 70. Ultras push a lot of wind around with the lowers, etc.[8D]
IT AINT YA BIKE< ITS YA WRIST. Mine also. Some how my WRIST turns more when i ride alone. simple enough. But i'd trade the speed for a RIDE WITH MY POPS ANYTIME. ENJOY your blessed.
My 04' police EG was getting 49-51 mpg with a mix of
highway/around town/secondary roads in stock form (riding solo),since doing the stage 2 big bore,SE pro exhaust and SE air cleaner my mileage has dropped down to 43-44 mpg's doing the same riding(riding solo) guess i'm not going to complain ,i seem to be doing fairly well on mpg.
