Acc is dead

Acc is dead
Looking for some help or ideas
This past weekend i noticed that the acc switch light was not lit then I discovered that the cigarette lighter did not work.
Checked the acc fuse and it looks fine, any ideas?
2011 Limited, yes it is under warranty, but dealer is a hassle and has left a little to be desired. (loose battery trays, exhaust bracket falling off, scratched radio face, probably behind this too - maybe a loose conection...

The fuse which controls the accessory plug is not labeled clearly. It is in the same area but is not labeled as acc. Can't recall what is labeled as without going out to the shop and looking but check out some other fuses that are right there next to it.
if its not the fuse then check the connections or use a meter to see if you have a closed circuit.
I would take it to the dealer just to stick it too him. They need to fullfill their obligations to the customer.
