Default Loud Slip-ons

I've seen alot of questions about exhausts, with nearly all I can remember being about folks wanting new exhaust mods that are "quieter" in some way than their current mod, or louder than stock but not too loud. Well, my East Tennessee Redneck side is too dominant for me to ignore. I am picking up my new '07 RG this week, and I want to put some on slip-ons (also doing the rest of a Stage 1) that are loud. I want to be able to hear my new radio when cruising, but when coming up the hill to my house, I want the neighbors to know I'm home.

Once again, thanks in advance for your help.

I'm lovin' my Vance & Hines Oval Slip-Ons. Just loud enough to announce my arrival, but not so loud as to wake up the neighbors!

Straight pipes! These are Samson 2 1/4" straights on my bike. Nice and Loud. But you can take it easy sound level wise when you need to:

Hooker slip-ons set to horsepower setting are the best sounding of the loudest ones out there. 25% louder than v&h ovals.

I have Thunderheaders and they sound awesome, but my neighbor does not like them. For this reason, if I did it again I would get Vance and Hines True Duals with slip-on Ovals. They are quieter and you can hear your radio. But I do love my Thunderheaders!
