Interesting - just replaced the stock ugly linkage with HD billet, which uses beautiful but dry ball joints. Have not had a chance to ride hardly since.

In my case experience is working out, I've had my 09 EGC for exactly 2 weeks, I put on 500 miles for a total of 3100, and up until yesterday finding Neutral was a crap shoot, but I'm developing a method with the toe lever which is to slowly raise the lever into N (can't use the heel without raising my leg so until it's adjusted i'm strictly "toeing" thru the gears.

Will have to try the "2nd to N" as well as the "RPM Bump" methods, because its

Put some Redline in and you'll be amazed. I was having problems sometimes trying to find neutral and when I switched to Redline I couldn't believe the difference.

Recently installed new HD billet linkage which uses "huge" smooth joints at both ends and was heal tapping from 1st at full stop at lights; much easier - very cool Cheers, Kevin.
