ok plugged the stock headlight in and everything was working, so re in stalled the LED headlight and everything worked, so put the fairing back on and put it all together, everything is working fine now

You seem to have some undue stress in your life. Because I choose not to do something that will void my warranty is my choice. If I decided to do something and it messed up I would fix it and accept blame for it. If it busted and I had to wait for it to be repaired by the stealer I would fix it.
