Default Accessing spare fuse wires?

I have an 09 Ultra and noticed at the fuse box there are a couple spare fuse locations that can be used for add on accessories. Can someone tell me how I can access the wires that connect to the spare fuse location(s)? I would like to add some accent lighting to the engine compartment and use one of the spare fuses.
Any help would be greatly appericated.

Your manual may not be alot of help on this. Remove the battery. Remove the 2 bolts that hold the the fuse block to the frame. Cut the plastic tie straps on both front sides of the fuse block assembly. To be able to pull the the fuse block assembly away from the bike, there are some grooves on the bottom/back of the fuse block that hook into the battery tray. Dislodge those by picking up on the battery tray and pulling out on the fuse block enough to clear them. You now should be able to work the plastic back of the fuse block enough to clear the frame and slip the grooves on top/back. Once the back is off, you have access to the wiring.

You might think about using the accessory plug, its already fused and switched.
