23"+ front wheel fitment???

23"+ front wheel fitment???
What is the deal with the fitment of these front wheels? At what point do you have to start altering the front end and what do you have to do? My 21" fit just fine with the stock fender and rake.

I saw a 23 on a SG this weekend. He didn't change a thing on the rake but did have a differernt fender. It was more of a wrap style with a flare at the bottom. It looks good and he said his ride wasn't that bad either. To each his own, I think 21's are enough for me.
