Default Harley Driver Backrest

Anyone using the Harley Driver Backrest? If so are you using the standard or adjustable bracket. Looking at getting one today at the local dealer and was curious. I'm looking at getting just the smooth vinyl with the standard bracket.

Thanks

I have the adjustable and is very nice.Great for on the fly adjustments. Buddy has the non-adjustable one and is very happy...The non-adjustable is adjustable, just not on the fly..... There has been some for sale lately here on the forum... search classifieds.Good Luck....

Adjustable for me. It's a luxury to be able to occasionally change it on long rides. Also, infinitely adjustable instead of four positions and you can do it while sitting in the seat. One more thing. Because adjustment is done with a gas charged piston it feels like the back rest has a very small amount of flex to it once it's locked in. Adds comfort IMO.

I have the fully adjustable seat rest also. I love it. I have a buddy that has the non-adjustable bracket, he now wants the adjustable after riding mine.

I've had both and like the adjustable more.I do wish it had more up/down adjustability.I have a Sundowner and it made the backrest higher.

Thanks guys, I think for the money I'll try the non adjustable first and then go from there.

I have the standard. I have never felt like I needed to change the position while riding. Regardless of which one you get it's a great investment and will help on the long rides.
