Default HELP Diag Codes/ECM/TCA/Limp Mode WTF??!!

Before you all start in, I have searched and read ALL the threads I can find pertaining to this, and there are a lot
Here are my symptoms;
2 months ago had 103 jugs and pistons installed at a reputible dealer (bike tuned also)..runs fine for a few weeks. Took a long weekend ride (1000 miles) bike got very hot at times but no problems. Then all of a sudden, bike is 'missing' at low rpm's...NO CODES! I'm thinking miss but probable was electrical.

Continues, but gets worse, I changed plugs, wires, no help

yesterday, all of a sudden goes into 'limp mode' intermittantly..WTF?

I'm still not thinking ECM/Throttle Body Plug
Today during a little poker run I did with a few friends, limp, run, limp run, limo, run... BUT I also have no cruise controil, Engine light is on AND when stopped at an idle, cruise light blinks red, but no rear jug cutout. so I searched all these threads...Had a bazillion codes, pulled Maxi Fuse, greased ECM and Throttle Actuator Plug, checked for broken wires, didn't find any.
Cleared all codes EXCEPT
P1510
P2122
P2138 ALL OF WHICH cannot be cleared...AND Cruise Light still blinks at idle?
WTF again?

My warranty just ran out but may be able to get a sympathetic dealer to replace the TGS and Pins in the TCA if I talk really nice?
ANYTHING else I need to check before I turn it over to Mother Dealer?

You could take a look at this SB relating to limp mode.

Thanks, I saw that read it and did the clean and reassemble with dielectric grease as suggested, still having troubles, although many of the codes have not returned the three I mentioned did. I am thinking I need to replace the Twist Grip Sensor?

Mike, I took a look at the 2009 Electrical Diagnostic Manual and all of the codes relate to the TGS, and all use break out box to measure voltage to diagnose the DTC.

It appears likely that the TGS needs replacement. Ask the service writer to let you take a look at the EDM and look up the codes yourself and check-out the diagnostic protocols for each.

I'm not a tech and have no experience with repairs such as this; just passing along my quick read of the EDM on the codes you have.

Thanks Carl! So I went to the only open dealer on Sunday and bought the Throttle Grip Sensor, getting ready to install it late tonight and I thought I'd try one more thing. Took the induction mudule plug apart and cleaned it well with alcohol, blew it dry and slopped dielectric grease on it, took the throttle grip off and examined it, repositioned the grip and cleared the codes. Started her up and ran for a few minutes, NO CODES! Took her for a short spin, ran fine, no codes! I am thinking it'll be ok til next time!
