Default My hog is sick.
Had to bring my pig in to the dealer this morning. Been making grinding noises in the primary area. When I went to back out of my garage the old gal started without hitting the start button. It did this several times. My radio also went backwards. The display was totally backwards. It worked but I couldn't read it without a mirror. Service writer said thats spooky. I think the starter may be engaging while the motor is running. Who knows? Let the experts figure it out. Warranty is out next month.

Was the music coming out backwards too?!?!?!
Did you hear, "Paul is dead"?

That is kinda freaky.

My starter did the same thing about 2 years ago- would engage while running & would start itself when the ignition was turned on. Starter switch was bad so dealer replaced the RH handlebar controls under warranty.

Mine did that and when I let out the clutch the primary started screaming. Thought the clutch adj. nut had come loose. It was the return spring on the start switch that failed. The starter was not retracting.
