Redline is fine for racing and maybe for some people, but on my street machine, traveling around the country, I don't want to hunt all over hells half acre for oil. One oil for all three holes, available at the local auto parts store works for me. Mobile 1 V-Twin is it for me. And it's made in Texas.

My primary on my 2011 SG is the same way. It's a little on the noisy side.

I'm no Mechanic but I guess I figure 20/50 designed for the motor primary oil for the primary gear oil for the tranny whether its Redline or not ,plenty of guys runnin rotella 15-40 in primary no issues I just can't bring Myself to do it, and if was able to travel round the country I might rethink it.I'd probably run Amsoil but still wouldn't run 20-50 in all holes
