It was with the NUOH thus all 35 slots had a wire and I just could not get the last one to engage.

Ahh; the NUOH. What a joy to work with that harness can be.

Did you figure out why removing the wedgelock was necessary for the final wire?

I couldn't really get a straight shot at the hole and I think it may have been hanging up somewhere.
