I have narrowed my exhaust search for 2011 FLHRC 103" to 2 possibilities.
1. FM Header/Jackpot exhaust, PCV, SE A/C
2. V&H Big Shot Duels, PCV, SE A/C
I had the V&H BSLs on 07 Softail know how they sound. And there are plenty of Ytube videos of BSDs.
I just need to see (hear), a setup using Fuel Moto Header, and Jackpot Pipes. If any of you have this setup please give me some feedback on, install, performance and sound. If you can point me to some video of same that would be great. And then I can make up my freakin mind!!!
I've got the Jackpot headers and really like the sound and performance. Install was done by the dealer but I can tell you it wasn't bad except for the crossover gasket. I think it got a little "boogered" when they took it apart and I wound up getting a new crossover pipe! I noticed some seat of the pants dyno improvement and it sounds great with my python slips. What would sway me toward these would be a lifetime warranty. I'm told the V&Hs have 90 days but I don't know for sure. The JPs are all stainless while I'm told the V&Hs are not. Obviously, heat reduction is nice with a proper tune. My 2 cents.
have the jackpots 2-1-2 headerpipe and jackpot mufflers, like them myself, stronger than stock, deep sound when you get on it.can get loud when you get on it,not bad when cruising on the highway.friends like the sound, they say its different than anyone else around here. lifetime warranty on the header pipe, also good price,
Here's my fav viedo
Goto youtube search for pro touring mufflers. Its recorded with a helmet cam not some crappy cellphone vid. I love the sound of them too!
