hk radio woes
2011 sg and all the sudden Everytime I turn the bike off listening to fm or cd when I turn the bike back on it goes immediatey to am. Anyone else experiencing this?

Is it keeping your channel presets memorized? Sounds like the HK is losing its keep-alive power when you kill the ignition. What happens if you leave the ignition on and turn the radio off, then back on again?

Mine does this except for it comes on in WB. Started happening to me just after I flashed to the latest HK firmware (8.25).

This has been an ongoing thing with the HK radios for years. My '07 has done it since new- sometimes it comes on WB, sometimes AM, and sometimes it'll come on whatever I was listening to before I shut it off. One of the software updates last year was supposed to fix it, but mine kept doing it even after the upgrade. I've learned to live with it because in the grand scheme of things, it's a minor irritant.
